In partnership with the Bronx River Alliance, Witness Tree Media created visual stories about the organization’s participation in Save the Sound’s comprehensive water quality monitoring report for Long Island Sound. Using a small vessel, crews navigated to key monitoring locations along the estuary portion of the Bronx River south of Concrete Plant Park and out into Long Island Sound. The data collected on these monitoring missions was recorded and shared along with data collected by other participating organizations to complete the water quality monitoring report for the entire Long Island Sound region.
